BabyTime!

Looking for a good time with your baby (0 - 12 months)?

Join us for BabyTime
starting Wed. Oct. 21 at 10:15 am
at the Merrickville Community Centre

BabyTime is a time to share rhymes, songs, and books with your little one.
It's a great way to bond with your baby (and expand your musical repertoire), while promoting his/her language development.
A Nurse Practitioner from the Merrickville Community Health Centre will also be available to answer questions and weigh your baby.

Have an older child(ren) too?  No problem!
BabyTime will run as part of the Merrickville PlayGroup (Wed. mornings 9:45-11:30), so toddlers & preschoolers can play while you spend some special time with the baby.
PlayGroup features circle time (stories), crafts, snack, and regular visits from the Ontario Early Years' Toy Lending Bus as well as a variety of toys for different age groups, and a large space to move around in.
(Note: there is a charge of $1.50/child for children over 1 year (to a maximum of $5) to cover the cost of snacks & craft supplies)

The library is running this program in partnership with the Merrickville Co-perative PlayGroup and the Merrickville & District Community Health Centre. The program will use material from the Ontario Early Years' Lullabies in Lanark baby program.
