Tai Chi Info Session - Tues. Nov. 20

Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative movements, suitable for old & young, promoting relaxation, balance and health.  Want to know more?

Join Marion Forster (lead instructor at the Canadian Tai Chi Academy, Montague location) on Tuesday, November 20th at 1:30 pm for an informative discussion and demonstration of the basic moves and health benefits of Tai Chi. 

This is the start of a series of talks by "local experts" at the library.
