Wellness Talk: Eco-Health (Mon.
May 27, 6:30 pm): Our health

exposed to in the environment in which we live. We can't avoid all of the
environmental contaminants that surround us, but we can make small
changes which help to minimize our exposure over time. Come and learn what
you can do in your daily life to decrease the 'toxic load' and maximize your
own environmental health at this month's Health & Wellness Talk with
Naturopathic Doctor Katie Weststrate.
