Adult Programs:
Classical Repertoire Music Group (Wed, Mar. 5, 6:00 pm):
Do you play classical music? Musicians (adult or teen) of all skill levels are welcome to come to this “open stage” for performers only. Practice and play in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. This group will run the 1st Wed. of the month.

Join naturopathic Dr. Katie Weststrate to find out how a “Whole Foods Cleanse” can purge your body of toxins, improve immune function, decrease inflammation, and enhance metabolism & weight loss. This type of cleanse does NOT require fasting, juicing, or supplements – just nourishing whole foods. Ahimsa Naturopathic will be running a Cleansing Workshop later this month - this talk is a great opportunity to ask questions and find out more! This will be a special noon-hour talk.
Off the Shelf! (Mon, Mar. 17, 7:00 pm):
Theatre Night in Merrickville's Off the Shelf continues to delight audiences with short stories and other literary tidbits for adult listeners. Don't miss this month's readings! Light refreshments available. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.
